All meetings held in the library’s Meeting Room must be open to the public and free of charge – personal/private events are not permitted.
To reserve the Meeting Room, the applicant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Meeting Room reservations should be submitted no less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance, but no more than three (3) months in advance. Individuals and groups may not make more than one (1) reservation per month. Exceptions may be made at the Executive Director’s discretion.
Attendance is limited to the room capacity: seventy-five (75) seats. Outside food and drinks are permitted, and access to a small kitchenette is included for cleanup purposes.
Reservations are honored if the individual or group arrives within one (1) hour of their scheduled start time; extension of the reservation may be made at the Meeting Room Administrators’ discretion.
Physical access to the Meeting Room is granted by the Circulation Desk.
